The central portion of a dual element on our Samsung range had failed. Initially it looked like a switch had burnt out but on further investigation by the technician he found that it was the central element that had burnt out also. Vadym is a very good technician. Parts were ordered and they arrived very quickly. One part had to be reordered because it was damaged during shipping but a replacement part came quickly. After the repairs were done Vadym gave many tips on the care of the Samsung range and the other appliances in our home. Overall an excellent job.

My Samsung DW80K7050 Series dishwasher hasn't worked since the day after I bought my house. It seemed to have drainage issues when I tried to run it and would flash with error codes. I did some research on local appliance repair and Max Appliance seemed to have great reviews. When I reached out to them they had an amazing response time, to the point that I was unprepared for them. I figured it might take a day or two to hear back, but they got back to me almost immediately. Their communication is amazing with emails and texts; confirming the appointment and letting me know when the technician was on their way. Ivan was the technician who inspected and diagnosed the problem. The part needing to be replaced had to be ordered. When it arrived Ivan contacted me and came back a week later when I was able to take time off work and he was in my area again. Ivan replaced the broken part and cleaned out all of the drainage related parts within an hour. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Ivan showed me which cycles to use in order to ensure my dishwasher was working most efficiently and gave me tips on how to ensure this doesn't happen again. The part and labour is covered under warrant for 3 years. I will be using them again for any future appliance issues.
