Vadym was amazing!!! Our oven stopped working on Christmas morning. I had to cook my turkey on Broil. Vadym came over and told us that the board had stopped working and that it wouldn't be worth it to repair for the price and difficulty of finding the older part. He then looked at all of our appliances and gave us some helpful maintenance tips to avoid him coming back for them. We really appreciate his honesty and will definately ask for him in the future. He was also very polite, soft spoken, clean, and wore booties to not dirty our floors.
