The central portion of a dual element on our Samsung range had failed. Initially it looked like a switch had burnt out but on further investigation by the technician he found that it was the central element that had burnt out also. Vadym is a very good technician. Parts were ordered and they arrived very quickly. One part had to be reordered because it was damaged during shipping but a replacement part came quickly. After the repairs were done Vadym gave many tips on the care of the Samsung range and the other appliances in our home. Overall an excellent job.
