They sourced the part for our fridge much faster than I expected. Vadym reached out to us as soon as it arrived and was able to install it the very same day. The five stars I gave were because of Vadym, he was knowledgeable, informative, and highly professional. He went above and beyond by offering several helpful suggestions on how to maintain our other appliances. On the downside, I did find Max Appliance Repair to be on the expensive side. Since the issue had already been diagnosed and no additional troubleshooting, no trip out was required, it was essentially a quick, single visit to install the part, so the service charge felt a bit high. Nevertheless, they did deliver exactly what they promised.
Had an issue with a broken dryer and called Max Appliance. I had Vadym come out in 2 days, when another location told me it would be at least 2 weeks. He did a great job! Dryer was fixed the same day within just a few hours of his assessment. He also took time to discuss proper use of both the washer and dryer to avoid future issues, and then chatted with my about my dishwasher and fridge to ensure they keep running well. Highly recommend Max Appliance and Vadym for their customer service and quality!
Vadym was servicing our GE oven and his service was so great .He came in for servicing Owen but he also checked our washers ,Dryers ,Dish washers & refrigerator too and gave us a good tips for preventive maintenance .Overall their service was great & indeed I would recommend them .
